What kind of movements are in the programs?

We have a library of hundreds of movements on our YouTube channel. We encourage you to check it out to get a feel for our training style. That said, we believe the basics never fail. You will see a lot of variations of squats, deadlifts, presses, and upper body pulling movements in our programming.

How long do the workouts take?

Most of our workouts take 55 - 65 minutes including warm-up and cooldown depending on how many reps + sets are prescribed and your fitness level. FOUNDATIONS, our beginner program, can be completed in 45-55 minutes. You can see more detail for each program in the program descriptions.

Do you offer refunds?

Our Lift Heavy, Swing Fast subscription is backed by our LHSF Product Guarantee. Due to the final nature of electronic programs, we are unable to offer refunds.

How do I cancel my LHSF membership?

Our subscription is month-to-month for the ultimate flexibility and can be canceled anytime by following these instructions.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! We made a HOME GYM version of our most popular program, Lift Heavy Swing Fast. Alternatively, we offer a 2-week Bodyweight program for those on the go and our Foundations and Customizable mobility programs are achieveable with minimal equipment.

Do I need to be a pro golfer to do these programs?

No way! Our programs meet people where they are and make them better, no matter the level. We work with beginners all the way up to touring pros. Use the filters on our program page to find a program that fits your level.

How do I choose a program?

Use the filters on our program page to find a program that fits your needs! We offer PDF programs and in-app subscription-based programs for all skills and fitness levels.

Do you have PDF Programs?

Yes! You can filter for our PDF programs by using the filters on the TRAINING PROGRAMS tab. Anything marked PDF is a downloadable PDF program you will have lifetime access to.

Do you have an app?

We sure do! Our flagship progam, Lift Heavy Swing Fast is our most popular program and offered on the TrainHeroic app where you can log your lifts, track progress, watch videos in app, and interact with hundreds of other athletes in our community.

What if I haven't worked out in a long time?

LHSF Foundations is definitely a great place to start. We created Foundations for beginners + athletes that haven't been back to the gym in a while. All workouts include videos for every movement and instructions to help guide you.

What is golf fitness?

Golf fitness is more than just doing movements that mimic the golf swing. Fitness is about being strong, mobile, and powerful and Lift Heavy, Swing Fast delivers that in all of our programming. We are all about the simple, yet most effective movements that will get you stronger and leave you pain free to play your best.

Am I locked into a contract?

No way! You're not locked into any long-term commitments. Our PDF programs are a one time purchase and our subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

I don't get it, how do I create my own program?

After you complete our thorough, full-body assessment, you will be guided on exercises to add to your program based on your results. Have tight hips? We got you. T spine mobility issues? We can help.

I'm getting older, can I still do this?

Absolutely. Our athletes range from age 11 to 82. This is a unique assessment tailored to YOU. Anyone can complete this assessment and we ALL have things we need to work on :)

How long does the assessment take?

We recommend giving yourself 45-50 minutes to thoroughly complete and understand the test.

Is this program suitable for juniors?

Absolutely. All of our programs are suitable for all ages and skill levels. We have plenty of juniors in our programs as young as age 11 and Cody has trained athletes as young as 9 in person. Our program is for all ages and yes, it is safe and encouraged for kids to train using our programs.

Is this just like other mobility programs?

No - our program is customized to target the areas YOU need to work on. Each test performed is specific to your golf game, and any contraindications or weaknesses will be addressed in your custom program.
