As a personal trainer with 12 years of experience, I have become well-known and respected for my passion for strength and mobility for athletes.
After improving my own golf game through strength and mobility, I became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Golf Fitness and have developed my own unique methods to apply to my athletes in taking their golf game to the next level and increasing player confidence.
I focus on getting your body and mind strong
with an emphasis on good movement patterns to keep you in the game longer, improve performance, and play at your very best.

Who Is Erika Wescott ?
Erika Wescott, Cody's wife and business partner, helped launch Lift Heavy, Swing Fast, formerly Cody Wescott Golf Fitness, after 12 years working in finance and operations for start-ups and starting her own nutrition coaching company.
A CPA turned nutrition coach, Erika is passionate about teaching clients how to eat for performance, longevity, and health.
With a strong background in endurance sports, including completing a 3:14 Boston marathon and an Ironman, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of proper nutrition for athletes.
Over the past five years,
Erika has coached thousands of clients 1:1 to have more energy, get better sleep, lose body fat, gain muscle, and live better lives.
She currently follows the Lift Heavy, Swing Fast program, and has never felt stronger in both her golf game and in the gym.
