Why I Work Exclusively with Elite Golfers
I started as a personal trainer working with the general population in all levels of fitness. I loved seeing folks reverse their pain, gain more energy to play with their kids, and build and sculpt their body in a way they never had thought they would be able to. But when I started to pick golf up again in 2019 after a few years away from the sport, I researched golf fitness programs and all came up short.
All I could see were trainers using movements that simply mimicked the golf swing or entire workouts done exclusively with bands. So, I decided to create my own program.
I tailored my own training program to the game, and my club head speed went through the roof. I knew there was more to this, so I kept going, started to use my methods on golf clients. I wanted to reach more people, so I built a golf fitness business online and have since had thousands of athletes run through my programs, more than ever possible with 1:1 training and the rest is history.
