If you are new to fitness or haven't worked out in a while, this is the program for you. This 12-week program is a perfect introduction to functional fitness, providing a solid foundation for better mobility, more strength, and overall better movement patterns. If you are a seasoned lifter, this is not the program for you. We recommend Lift Heavy, Swing Fast, LHSF In-Season, or LHSF Off-Season for our intermediate or advanced athlete or as a next step after completing LHSF Foundations.
